NOTE- IF YOU ARE NOMINATING MULTIPLE TEAMS DO NOT LOGON  JUST ENTER AS A GUEST. YOU CAN ENTER ONE TEAM PER AGE GROUP PER NOMINATION.

ie Brisbane 1 can enter one form for 34, 44, 54s. You just can't do Brisbane 1 and 2 in the same age group. (just a Rev Sport technicality)

Team nominations are required for Hockey Queensland Men's Masters State Championship 34+, 44+, 54+ being held from Friday 2 May to Monday May 5th 2025.

This year we are hosting 3 Championships at the one time at Tweed Hockey Association. 

Team nominations close on 2 April 2025, but you don't need to proivde player, coach, manager, umpire and Technical Official details until 16 April 2025.

Nomination Fee is $250 inclusding GST per Team which will be invoiced by Hockey Queensland to your association on acceptance of your nominations.

Note All players must be registered with Hockey Queensland to play at the champiosnhips.

Interstate players are welcome to attend the carnival but they will need to be fully registered player with Hockey Queensland either through the Association they are representing or through Hockey Queensland Men's Masters.
